After completing the registration form, agreeing to the Terms and Conditions and submitting the form, you will be a registered member.

Only registered members have permission to enter all sections of the web site and participate in forums and make comments.

Each membership is for only one individual. We do not provide multiple passwords or accept more than one ‘username’ per membership. This means that each member has their own personal history when they play games, record scores, participate in forums or comment on articles.

Your membership cannot be passed on to a third party.

You understand that to access this website you will need a computer, internet access and a recommended download speed not less than 256kbs.

You agree that the username that you select must not be unlawful, infringe any third party rights, be racist, defamatory or offensive.

We (the company) reserve the right to determine if any of these requirements have not been met. Your membership may be suspended or not confirmed until you submit an acceptable username.

Your membership may be suspended or cancelled if: you fraudulently use another persons username; you post material that discloses personal information (name, address and/or contact details or password) about yourself or other members; transmit abusive, threatening, defamatory or degrading material in any form to any of our email address.

You agree to abide by all stated copyright and copyleft material. All pictures will have their terms of usage clearly displayed and must not be reused by a member without understanding your obligations under these various licences.

You agree to indemnify the company against the cost of any legal action or awarded damages arising from your actions or omissions.

You will take all reasonable precautions to keep your password confidential.

You agree to not transmit any viruses, a Trojan horse, logic bombs or any other damaging or destructive programming.

You agree to not disrupt the functioning of the ‘Its My Pony’ website regardless of the IP address.

You understand and agree that by not complying with the previous terms you may be subject to criminal and/or civil proceedings.

You understand and accept that any information provided to you in this website has been provided in good faith. All the information provided is of a general nature and should not be used to diagnose or treat a horse without direct veterinarian consultation.

We (the company) do not accept responsibility for errors or omissions made by third parties to this agreement, such as Internet Providers.

We (the company) will endeavour to have the website accessible 24 hour per day, 7 days per week. However, we will not accept responsibility or liability for unforeseen events or events outside of our control. In other words, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the websites or its performance in terms of data transfer speeds.

When routine maintenance is required we will inform our members, either by email or a home page notice, of the anticipated time offline. Again we will not take any responsibility or liability for this potential inconvenience as it is a normal website maintenance issue.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. We will endeavour to notify all members either by email or a notice on our home page. It is however the members responsibility to regularly consult the Terms and Conditions page.
